I DONT THINK IT CAN hurt a baby physically but you do some strange stuff to that baby i dont think its funny in my country they would call dss child protective services i think she is agt risk for some bad psychological problems.
@ThePocohontis I really don't think this is something they do all the time, and if you look at the other videos from the family the little girl is just fine...

pretty sure shaken baby syndrome is when the baby is shook hard enough for the brain to damage itself on the skull. clearly the baby is kept at a constant pace in this film like being in a car, not constantly changing directions like being shaken. does this look violent? lol
