It's Austrailian commentry. Murray did the commentry for TEN, the aussie channel that shows F1, for the 2006 and 2007 Austrailian GPs.

He also did the commentry for the Clipsol 500 (a famous aussie touring car race) for that channel in the same years aswell.

Look at it this way, Rubens could as well have been without a drive for this year. Because of an 'unlikely' turn of events he's in the best car instead. Not much to complain about. All he needs to do is be faster than Button, make sure he doesn't get beaten because of race strategy and win races. I think a lot of people would want to be in Rubens' shoes. It's all in his own hands.

I can only assume you are referring to his comments after qualifying at Albert Park, the understeer was due to the soft compound tires degrading towards the end of his run. It was not just his car either, a number of teams experienced similar problems and Jensen was even radioed before his hot lap to be informed of possible understeer. Jensen did fewer laps in the final outing of Q3 and thus had fresher tires than Rubens and did not experience the understeer.
