Yes, it will create jobs, but how many of us can work construction? The ONLY way to get the economy going is for THE PEOPLE to spend money. The government needs to give every tax paying citizen $100,000. We would pay off our houses, buy cars, and have money to spend at the stores. It would stimulate the economy and keep money flowing.
