I don't understand why he is supposed to be a bad speaker. He's excellent! What exactly do people want to see in a speaker? FYI, yes, I've watched Steve Jobs present. He was excellent to be sure, but Cook is just as good. Plus people who think that only one figure can run things in the corporate world, are totally naive.

The reserved seat at the very beginning of the video is clearly for Steve Jobs. Tim Cook surely knew that something (happened?) will happen with his mentor and the company's real boss. I honestly think it is the worst keynote since post-pc era from Apple. Too bad nobody can or will ever be able to replace Steve Jobs.

@lhyx1990 To be honest ...many friends at the store believed that Steve Jobs has passed away before the event but Apple had to concealed and wait 'till the 4S was announced.
