At the ice mountains at the mining dwarfs.

the mould is called an "ammo mould" and you can buy it from a dwarf south of ice mountain. You need to have completed the dwrafs cannon quest first though

if you make the cannonballs then take it all to drags and use the cannon there you can make loads more money than selling them after making em.
