@superflapjack Ha ha! Yeah, that happened because of my previous video editing software. It was pretty good for the actual creating of computerized videos, but it didn't do so well when it came to the actual processing of them. Of course I would be talking about Presto! VideoWorks 6.2 by NewSoft.
I used TTSReader when I made this video, but now I use Text2Speech instead. TTSReader is just as awesome as Text2Speech, but it quit working with my computer after an update. If it works with yours, I suggest you go with TTSReader. It has some features built right in that you have to download separately with Text2Speech.
Yeah, I noticed that too after I uploaded it. I'm not really sure what happened there. It could have been a slight speed up or skip that took place after the upload. I'm starting to doubt more and more that it could have been a glitch in my video editing software because when I watch it with the software it appears fine, but when I upload it, it seems to skip some random parts sometimes.
I don't use Windows Movie Maker like most people do when they make computerized videos, but instead I use Presto! Video Works 6.2 by NewSoft. This video editing software allows you to select literally any place in the video where you would like the scrolling text to appear. The full version of this software is not available for free, however, a free trial is offered on the NewSoft Inc. website for download.
Granted, I'd like to see The Weather Channel use the Emergency Alert System instead of the scroll bar at the bottom, except for, the way they do things now, they scroll the entire alert text from the NWS, and with the EAS, they wouldn't be able to do that...
I think that it'd be cool if the Weather Channel did use the EAS too instead of the system they use now. I know that with the system they use that's not possible, but I thought that it would be fun to make a video about them using the EAS anyway!

Actually, a few weeks ago I was watching the weather channel since my area had been placed under a tornado warning, and the EAS interrupted it. :D
