I love the fact that the anchor just about lost it. I'm not for seeing folks get sick, but that was fun. I was in the room when it happened. Even there, you could tell she was not feeling to great...
I still don't get what the big deal was. I was merely eating meat and upholding the honor of the seventh fleet. I guess that's what makes her getting sick even more spectacular to us.
You know the trekmaster?! That automatically makes you cool:P I write fanfics, too, btw. My fanffiction-dot-net handle is BasketweaverJesser. I only have Red Dwarf posted.
He had to eat live hissing cockroaches a few months before he did this segment with me. He understands where his duties lie in his job and does it without thinking or hesitating. That's what allows me to say that he's at least honorable.
Actually, this had nothing to do with attention. I was actually hungry. They presented the worms as food and it was the only wheat-free dish in the room.
It wasn't just the wheat-free thing, though. It was supposed to be someone from the USS Ursa Major eating the worms, but no one in their crew were brave enough. They needed a ringer from one of the other ships. I was sorta required to uphold the honor of the Seventh Fleet on live television.
I've always wanted to go to a Star Trek convention dressed as a Romulan then pick a fight with a Klingon veruul...

@SIM2402 Note the pointed ears in the above footage. I was dressed as a one-quarter rumulan/human hybrid.

There is nothing you or your sister wouldn't do for attention -- am I right? Well, at least you had fun which is more than I can say for funerals.

I know what you mean about wheat-free -- and corn-free, and milk-free, AND sugar-free! It all sucks. . . but maybe worms really is the answer!

Klingon's never burn good food.
Gnostic2030 4 years ago
I think that's because if it's already dead, then there's no fight in it. Where's the honor in that?!
