...Thor is the god of thunder and lightning son of the Odin who is the head of all the gods in the nordic mythology....sorry just had to correct you Craig ;-)

  • @XtraCille Thor has been a comic character for a while, I think it was the Marvel comics actually...but I might be wrong.

  • i love Craig Ferguson but if thor heard what he said...Mjolnir up the ass

  • TO ALL THOSE THAT FIGHT FOR ODIN

STRENGTH AND HONOR and may the gods bless you lives with a happieness that keeps you going

  • hey. I'm from France, and unfortunately my ear isn't built enough yet to get all his jokes.. could anyone take some time to write the script down ? I'd really appreciate :)

  • freeeeeeeedom

english are arrogant scum, yanks are lucky they broke free from the empire, ja bless

ja bless all the confederate soldiers too

  • Uhh, i wished he could Tell the Real Story of Thor the Norse God

  • Hillarious.

Thor is the Norse god of thunder, the "religion" (if you can call it that) of the vikings.

There are a lot of viking decendants left in the wold today, most live in scandinavia, northern britain, and north-east america.

And believe it or not, there are still people who claim to be followers of the Norse religion. I actually went to school with one.

And BTW, Thors hammer is a war-hammer with dimentions like a sledge, not a tool for carpenting :P

  • "...and north-east america."

Ok? I thought that those settlements died out after just a few years.

  • I'm talking about the scandinavian imigrants that went to america in the late 19th and early 20th century.

  • The hammer is actually no larger than a normal hammer..

Thor gets his hammer forged by the master dwarfs Sindre and Brokk ,as a present from Loki.

Unfortunately, they forgot to make the shaft on the hammer in the size of a human hand, and the hammer were therefore to small for him ..

In return, the hammer always hits what Tor aims for and it always comes back to him..

Supposedly it also possessed the power to shrink in size so that Thor could hang his hammer around his neck.

  • @gulllars and im one of those followers!!! lol I know I know its crazy to worship some guy who has a giant hammer and makes thunder somtimes I wonder if my brain was like born on drugs or somthing lol but its the religion for me I cant help it.

  • @gulllars

ok its one thing to doubt in ur selfs but id gladly fight any of you that insult my religon and i would advise u to concider that all faiths r conected in some way i wear a hammer some one else dawns a cross the son of your god died nailed upon a cross and the son of my god wealds a hammer there is ur conection so please show some reaspect we odiniests r sick of all of the shit we deal with from stupid people

  • @TheNorthman666 I have no God, and no faith. I'm not insulting your either, i'm just saying taking it literary rather than metaphorically gets you into trouble with science and overwhelming amounts of empirical data, while you only have second-hand (or rather a few hundred hand) accounts to your claim. The Norse mythology is a great set of tales, and is a fun read.

I actually have way more of a problem with creationists than "odiniests" or pagans, since they try to impact secular politics.

  • I love his hammersound at the end. =P

  • yeah, its hilarious!

  • Craig still remembers Drew?

  • THOR #1 Woot woot

  • yeah but they arent making a movie about the god, but about the comic book character.

  • how come nobody posts the ENTIRE monologue anymore? I love him and want 2 watch him over & over again!

  • lets start a petition

  • hahahahahah he rly looks like Fabio hahahaha

  • da audience sucked!

  • Hahaha "...And the word has to be BGFHMHM!" Thats cool viking news I hope the Thor movie is good...

  • haha that was my favorite part. i really LOLed while sitting at home on my computer. "BLMGACKLE" is what i think that word was hahahahahaha

  • And the word has to be blguguagah

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOO THOR MOVIE!!!

  • keep them comin

  • Funny.

  • Thor wasn't a friggin' comicbook character! He was a Nordic god!

    Great Show anyway.

  • That's true, but he was also a comic book character, which is what the movie will be based on.. not the Norse God.
