For PvP you get it by arena,season 3 you can get tier 6 PvP,season one is Tier 4,season 2 is Tier 5.The ACUTALL Tier gear is obtained by raid instances,Tier 4 is Karazhan and others,Same with Tier 5.Tier 6 is Black Temple.
