Well, its a movie...movies can be disappointing compared to the comics, plus,that wasnt the end of it, if you stayed and watched until the end, you would see Nick Fury arrive and ask Iron Man to join the Avenger project, so, for all we know, Tony Starks popularity and stocks might have plunged because of Iron Man. No one knows until the Avengers Movie is released. Yes I saw the Hulk, I know Iron Man a.k.a. Tony Stark shows up at the end in that film.

Foom would be a bit too far for Marvel movies, since first was just Iron Man and Monger, from a hi-tech suit to a massive dragon thing is a bit of a stretch. Mandarin is MUCH more likley.

For me, I think the movie was really well made and had preserved the realism of the character for it followed the source material very faithfully. The CGI was awesome too and I agree that Dowry was an excellent choice.

Great vid, DCompose, I really appreciate that. All right, as an IM fan, I have two suggestions to make: First, you should have included the Crimson Dynamo & Ultimo when naming IM's main villains; admittedly, they do not appear much, but neither does the Iron Monger. Second, you should have included the Modular Armor when reviewing the various suits. The Hulk Buster armor is basically an upgraded version of this armor, but the basic armor is nonetheless an important one.

vol1 by orson scott card. I really liked his take on the character.

I've been pretty pumped about the movie, and the awesome ass toys are helping in a huge way - if only the stores would give them the space they deserve. I've only seen pitiful end caps hidden away far away from the other action figures thus far. I hope it's better elsewhere - and that it improves once the film finally hits
