I've also looked at this area on Google Earth. As you may know you can also use Google Earth to check the depth of the water there by just dropping down to the bottom and checking the depth reading. Unfortunately, it's estimated that the water level was 300 feet lower than it is now in 8-15,000 BC. But the depths of the Ocean in the areas you're referring to never seems to get above 600 feet below sea level. So?

At that zoom you're essentially looking at a few pixels. Not really surprising they look geometric.

Plato said that is was an island of concentric circles. The "PHOTOS" of the ocean basin aren't actually photos, but radar images. So you would see reflected sunlight. It's likely that what you described as geometric shapes are simply pixilation resulting from zooming in so closely to a low resolution image. That being said, some actual artifacts have been discovered in that area that suggests a settlement had once existed there.
