@renzokata - For generations, prisoners have claimed they are innocent, that their lawyer screwed them over, that they got a bad rap, the cops set them up, etc. Now some may be telling the truth, but the majority are lying and only trying to get pity.
This guy is most likely guilty, but even so, he doesn't deserve to get raped.

@Zeeboe we'll a lot of prisoners are innocent. a lot of cops don't even try to solve a crime-they just try to get a confession. a lot of cops are corrupt in this matter, especially in texas and california. i dunno, you might laugh at this but i just have a natural talent for seeing through people and there's no way in hell that guy would do that. i don't see a predator. i see a victim. it pisses me off because there's a lot of free men that NEED to be locked up.

You think cops just go out and randomly set people up? Are they really that bored? I suspect any cop who sets someone up was most likely already a criminal, and the police are doing us decent human beings a favor. @jaytolbert9 yes, it does happen according to former prison guards i have known over the years. there is still a high level of corruption (guards, cops, even sheriffs, wardens, etc.) getting paid by gangs to look the other way when guys get robbed, beat up, raped, cut up, even killed.-that's exactly why there is a group called "Just Detention International" to stop this crazy foolish nonsense and protect those that need it inside the walls.
