Preferred honey is Manuka 20UMF. Organic Raw sage honey works also.

Avoid commercial honey as it has had everything destroyed in it and has had high fructose corn syrup added. It is a trash product.

does anyone know if this works for scars.. like true acne scars the ones that are dents in your skin like a meteor hit your face? or atleast loosen up redness and keep the redness away...

@bloodfalcon7722 I have read that honey has been used for burns and cuts... I don't see why it wouldn't work for deep acne scars. I would try it, but make sure it is pure, organic, raw and NOT heated. Nature carries all we need for our body and health. :)

@JadeBella you could put vinegar on your face, although it is apple cider vinegar or cider vinegar . you could mix it with green tea and you could use it as a toner the you could pur olive oil or lemon juice for a more moisture skin.

What are you talking about? i use honey on my face every other day, or sometimes after i wake up if i have time.. and i put it over my hole face, it makes your skin really soft so dont lisen to this hag, wash your face with a acne wash or just bar sope, pat dry and put some honey in a dish and microwave it, not to hot! and apply it in circles, then leave on for 15 mins and rinse off, and ONLY USE HONEY THAT SAYS PURE ON IT YOU DONT WANT FAKE KIND IT WOULD BE LIKE PUTING CANDY ON YOUR FACE.

@wicho9195 yeah, i made a facial and it was all natural then when i needed honey i looked for some and i found it a little frozen and i have to squeeze the living crap out of the bottle. it was so difficult to get a few. but i still didn't cook/microwave it.
