All candidates available for hiring must meet a particularly standard, but once in the pool, considerations including race may be included. You don't say what your job is. It may be dangerous, but I often see hiring exams that have nothing to do with the real job at hand, but they are based primarily on reading skills that may have nothing to do with keeping you safe.

All candidates available for hiring must meet a particularly standard, but once in the pool, considerations including race may be included. You don't say what your job is. It may be dangerous, but I often see hiring exams that have nothing to do with the real job at hand, but they are based primarily on reading skills that may have nothing to do with keeping you safe.

The problem with economy was the banks. The Clinton Administration forced the banks to give loans to people who had no business getting a loan in the first place. I'm not saying those boxes should be on their in the first place, even though 9 times out of 10 gender would be easy to identify. Minorities can hate majorities all they want, but it isn't institutional racism. If a black guy HATES white people, the likelihood of him achieving high goals in USA is slim. Reverse that, a white guy can HATE black people all he wants and he has a much greater chance of succeeding because most people he will interview with will be white people.

You are correct there is a problem. Funding is not the only problem. White teachers who won't teach in public schools are a problem. The governments--local and state--are a problem, especially in their desire to fund stadiums rather than schools.
The problem is all encompassing, and if you looked at some of the statistics for major city school districts around the country, you'd realize that they are no longer desegregated: they are overwhelmingly black, Hispanic, and Latino.

Any way you can prove those things, without just providing a synopsis of one Supreme Court case, would be greatly appreciated.
