So I suggest staying on youtube while there's some life in it still, but also get a leg up on other video sites that are just starting out - post videos on multiple sites, and provide links to all the other accounts. I think the worst thing about that whole DMCA shit is that Google doesn't check the claims. Obviously they get a lot of false claims, and every single one of them gets acted on. I'm thinking that's hugely illegal on both sides, and would yield a LOT of money if someone decided to file a Class-Action over it. Or at least let Google know to stop fucking up so much.

Also, completely off topic, but are you still using Rosetta Stone for your Japanese lessons, or have you found something else?
