I picked up a quart from Publix (FL) and I wasn't sure how to eat them....The skin gives it an interesting texture and I'm glad that it's got all these benefits. Wow! Your vid was informative galore! Thanks for sharing.

This grape is grown where my grandfather lived in the Piedmont area of North Carolina. Now 35 years later, I market a supplement that contains .4 pounds of muscadine grape in each veggie capsule. That is so neat!

I went to Costco here in Northern California & got some Muscadines Resveratrol liquid bottle & said to take 2 table spoons twice a day. 860mg on the Bottle, my Question I want to ask you is how long before I would start to notice the results?. where can u buy Muscadine grapes ?
