This is my favorite instrumental and solo vocal interpretation of his own song. I think so much of it, I'd like to, if permitted, third party dedicate this to a young boxer whose life was cut short much too soon:
Sp4 Benjamin John J Buchanan, who died in Binh Dinh, South Vietnam on New Years Day 1970 at the age of 20.
He was an orphan with humble goals of being a boxer and a soldier; and, as you might imagine these lyrics reflect his pre-army years as they do for so many boxers. - JJMcC
