theres nothing wrong hitting the limiter, the limiter is there for a reason some people dont understand that its set there for safety, now if you actually sat there revving the motor letting it bounce off the limiter for several mins then you have a problem but a few seconds because hes not getting traction isnt bad
will it smog with ls6 cam and no tune and all emission components hooked up?

The Tuner turns off certain Check enginge codes, like the rear 02's and skip shift etc, all you need is two front 02 sensors
