  • I was around 132 pounds last month. The first 2 days I started bulking, I gained 8 pounds. I slowed down that week and now Im not bulking at all. Im 145 pounds.

    What I did was Gomad(Gallon of milk a day).

    Now I feel that Im a bit bigger, less skinnier and I added some extra pounds on bench press aswell.

    Im still lean though, no fat.

  • Doesn't matter what ur body type is as far as needing to have a surplus of calories but for an ectomorph they really need to eat a lot more calories and they should start out there initial bulk as a more dirty bulk. Fry's burgers milkshakes. But u should up the protein to 50 grams over 1 pound per lb. of bw.

  • i've been doing a lean bulk on IF/lean gains and i've gained 2,6kg and lost 1,4%fat at the same time

    it goes slow but you gain lean muscle

    for cutting 40:40:20 ->35:45:20->30:45:25 and so on depending on how you look :D
