Paul would be friends with them, but he'll always feel alittle left out. Because in he's mind, he doesnt REALLY belong, even though they are really nice and all. The mindset is what causes the drift between them and this is then reflected in how he acts with them. At least, that's what i imagine it to be, and it's the main reason i shy more towards Paul.
This is how i imagine the relationship between the three as if it would be at school from Paul's POV.
Imagine you're Paul, all of your classes consist of only two other people. (Nina & Ian). You would instinctively befriend them right? in order to avoid being alone, but you are a naturally shy, awkward, loner guy. Nina and Ian however can easily socialise, they're the 'popular' kids. Nina and Ian are nice though, Nina is the kind 'popular' girl and Ian is just he's kooky self.
at 2:49 - Ian kinda liked that n Nina wasn't sure she was gonna "touch" him but her emotions pushed her to do it n she liked that!! n Paul seems he was Jealous n thinkin "hm, stupid somerhalder...always get the girls to touch his body"!! he turned his face away from those two flirting birds!!
this is a note to Paul - hey robot, listen - u dont need to feel sad terminator...u need to be happy cuz ur gettin married n u made that choice...so leave Nina n Ian out of ur twisted mind...
@irentscheto, well sum rumors say he's engaged to Torrey Devitto, and some says he isn't...but i'd go wid the 1st one. i don't care who he dates or marries, as long as he leaves Nina alone with Ian.
LMAo in another video showing a diff. angle, when Nina pats Ian's head she says "its ok" as in being slow lol hahahaha. I love watching them interact so much in interviews, they seem to have a great lov.. err friendship!
