Yeah I was gonna say that shit would be hell on the filter and chemical levels of the tank. and yeah live ones are even worse because the filter takes forever to pull everything through and blood and such normally has to cool and clot before the filters catch it and with the tank temp that can take a while. but that is a good size tank so there is enough water to not screw the balance up to much and you know your stuff. Beautiful tank and Fish. Nice to give them a treat once in a while. ^5.
