This is actually pretty good. I'm sure that since it's the Alt version it's superior than the original.

I actually like the animation as well, it feel's very approperiate for the music. It's very gritty and stylish simultaneously and the Manderine subtitle's improve it for me.

But for everything else this style of animation is used for, it's horrible.

In a scene near the end when the lower class passengers are trapped, the Sailor who says something like 'You can't go this way, it's blocked' is looped two and half times for some inexplicable reason. I saw this version of the rap and the scene I mentioned at a bad Anime panel at a con a few years ago, been trying to track down that version of the movie.
