- In this case, experience and observation is crucial,
- These are not PETS, these are zoological specimens, not to be free-handled,
- If I want to handle snakes, I take my milks/pythons out and play with them, but, however, such things also take place hardly ever... I've just had enough of it, at the moment I prefer to observe their behaviour, et cetera.
Good job! I work in a venom research lab and we keep a few Echis species, they can be extremely cranky especially if you lean over them and they feel threatened. The shaking hands are understandable though, definately wouldn't want to get bitten!
Thanks. This was my first time when working with such dangerous species. If that's not enough, there were two of them, so I was a bit nervous... ;-) Take care!

The viv was a temporary one, now they're being kept separately, in bigger enclosures. Thanks for the wishes though...

What would you have done if one of them suddenly slipped and began roaming around secretly in your house/apartment? :P

There was no way for such thing to happen. I had a person watching my back and some equipment all over the place (hooks, pinners etc.).
Cheers.

I'm not familiar with "snake procedure", but I do know that safety is important (something you also made clear in the last post :P)
However, I must ask, what would you have done precisely if it really happened (even by share accident)?
Thanks for answering, I'm not demanding a huge reply :p
By the way, great video!

I'd probably warn my housemates, get some friends to help me searching... And do that until all the escapers would've been found. ;-)
