Well, that's ok though. With any great artist, they aren't going to interpret another person's art the same way. Look at Whitney's version of I will always love you by Dolly Parton. They sound like two completely different versions but it works. The same here. I like Vicki's version, but I like Bey's version better. I love the harmonies but if you heard the original(VB's) and liked that, then you most likely, most people won't like Bey's version. That's ok. That's what makes art great.

I like this version, but I love how Bey made the tempo slower at the beginning. It's builds toward the climax. There is no build-up on this song. And you can tell much of the song was changed too. But this is not bad for a demo.

Again, it amazes me how great Bey's ear and mindset toward what a song needs. She is a great vocalist too. Of course, most people know this. I hope after hearing this, people would hear what Bey brings to the table.
