we honestly really enjoy this game. i play the game every evening together with my buddy and we all always win. we're truly good but that's because we obtained a brand new mouse with the funds we saved through grabbing the whole game through mw2forfreeTinfo (replace T with .) as opposed to purchasing it

this is actually a real great video game i find it difficult to imagine it. it is a great deal greater than mw1. ive just attained the second prestige ! i am as a result proud. got the game pretty much yesterday evening using mw2forfreeYinfo (replace Y with . ) but i am already beating everybody!

Hello everyone Sorry it has taken so long to get back to everyone but I have hade a lot to go the passed months. I have found the problem why my FPS was so low.

1St I would like to thank everyone for posting your comments and suggestions on my video and what it could be...

THE PROBLEM:

One of the GPU's was dead on the sanded video card and this is why I was getting bad FPS rate.

I just arrived at my first prestige! I really like this video game, it's great. Thank the almighty that we did not have to pay out for it. Me and my mate just down loaded it from codmw2freedlYcom (replace Y with . ), and installed it on our highschool's computers. I'm downloading the actual new map pack now from that web page, i'll let you know if the new maps are worthwhile.

Nice Video. I like your choice of hardware. Im an AMD ATI guy myself. I am still using a single 3870 to play all my games. Trust me the 3870 is still a good card. Cod 4 does not do it justice. And I have Windows 7. WAYYYYY better than vista.

your frame rate is unstable at times wich could indicate u [su might not be good enogh mine runs at a constant 130 frames/second at i have but then i have 16 1tb drivers

Thanks guys but I have all ready fix the problem :) I have posted it up here, Coz I have 2 cards the 1st card was the standed card and the 2nd card was the overclocked edition. So one card was faster then the other and what I hade to do was clock the standed card to the same as the overclocked edition.

I know you cant see more then 60fps but haveing 2 3870 x2 1GB video cards I should get more in Crossfire and I was getting more FPS just useing the one card.. So something wasnt right..

hi, u get pretty good fps, remember if u get 60 fps is enough. u wont see difference between 60 fps or 70+ in gaming. but if u benchmark then yea.

Vista isnt that bad when you know what to do... Yes WinXP is still better for games and stuff like that but Vista can run all programs with no problems you just have to know what to do about trhats all....

any of the 4k series cards gets over 60 fps and 3k series get 65max fps no matter what even lowest resolution lowest settings its gonna get 65 fps max Lol

heres what i know dude i have 3870x2 oc edition visiontek and i get 60fps max on everything even shitty games like warcraft 3 60fps max and my friend who has a shitty comp then me has a 4850 and he gets 100max fps on his games its just the video card IT WORKS PERFECTLY FINE but ur used to seein people with 70+ fps u want that i want that but just think of it this way sometimes they get glitchy at high fps while we stay constantly at 60fps all the time 57fps is my lowest ive ever got 65 highest

your best bet it to OC useing your bios settings..other wise..take back the OC edition or the normal edition in replacment for the right one maybe haggling the vendor about your issue will help if your out side warrintie bye now

The Phenom processors are "true" quad cores, they pump data through 4 pipelines (more effective) while core 2 quads still use two pipelines.(less effective)

Don't get confused though, they both still use have 4 cores.

I can and should be getting better at the res I have it set at. But I know what the problem is now one of my 3870x2 is the overclocked edition.

So the 1st card runs faster then the 2nd card and for me to get them to run in Crossfire 100% I have to overclock the slower card to the same as the faster card. With me ?

So if anyone can tell me or give me a link on how to overclock the 3870x2 video card please let me know thanks..

I have used the overclocker in the Radeon driver but it hasnt worked

Ya it´s too low but still playable so you´ll just have to live with it, but one thing you are recording at the same time that takes much power... why would you get 2 3870X2´s that´s not too smart, why would´nt you get like a 4870 or a 4870X2? :S

Your resolution is bottlenecking the performance of your cards. I would recommend trying to play at a higher res because CrossFire or any other multi-GPU setup is normally utilized much better @ high res.

i used to get between 10 and 25 fps on my old rigg... 2600+ 2gig ddr400 ram. asus nfore 2mobo and xfx7600gs256.sold it though.

what resolution are you running at now? and a mobo can also make a small difference.

it probably the quad core games aren't optimized for them yet so in other words you could get 30 fps more by just switching to any dual core processor like a 4400 x2 dual core from amd and your fps will jump like crazy

start from the top mate.

1. Clean computer down, remove dust

2. uninstall + reinstall windows

3. Install lastest drivers

4. i belive there is a code for code4 that unlocks the max fps u can get ( i think it is limited to 92) prehaps you or someone has been messing about with that?

That must´n because your hardware had to work harder to direct the Gpu´s. And another problem are maybe the microlag´s of the X2 Gpu´s. But a game can´t be more than lagfree. ^^

be sure that com_maxfps is 0 in console(enable it from the settings) can u post the all the graphics settings as from the video i can't see them.

actually your right, didn't catch that. Yeah if you are recording with fraps, it will eat your framerate. Try running fraps but don't record, That should be better, if not fix the "problem".

And I'm quite sure you know this, but if you want higher frames, turn down the graphic/video settings. BTW, can't see your settings.
