@UrielAtHeart In white run there is a sort of weird looking building, like a vikings hut. Inside there will be a group called the companions, join them do about 3 quests then they will do a ritual to give you the beast form! then you can turn into it when ever you want!

You keep all your items but you do not have access to inventory or map when you are in werewolf form. You unequip whatever you were wearing (sometimes there are glitches that make you wearing some items in werewolf form too). When you turn back to normal character, you have access to inventory again and can equip whatever you like, as before.
