  • Does that bailer actually work or is it only for show?

  • I believe it does actually work doing everything in miniature of course...Bob

  • @robmasterman Hi Bob, lovely to see all of your pembrey steam rally videos and the one you captured this year aswell. What engine is that at 4:06 cheers Jay

  • @thesteamenginefan1 Unfortunately I'm a railway fan Jay. but love these traction engines as well, so unfortunately I am unable to answer your question, it looks like a Fowler but I'm not sure, Thanks for your kind comments...Bob

  • great to see people with a different hobby, those traction engines are a lot better than my old mammod

  • Thanks Mikey, we've all got to start somewhere, and a lot of people got interested through those Mammod Steam engines..or was it the Meths they ran on?,,:-)

  • the mamod's and wilesco's are fun to play with now and then i got a lot of them my self expensive hobbie

  • It's how a lot of people get interested in steam engines..so well done and Thanks.

  • Relax, Mamods are great. Start small then work up. Little tip, If your intrested in engeneering then go for castings. They are cheaper than a model traction engine but take a while to make (3 years for a 6'' scale) and you need alot of equiptment. Or if you have the money then buy one any jump straight in.
