A very enjoyable video Bob! Missing your uploads recently.I do hope all is well! At least it gives me a chance to catch up with some of your classics I have previously missed!
@robmasterman Hi Bob, lovely to see all of your pembrey steam rally videos and the one you captured this year aswell. What engine is that at 4:06 cheers Jay
@thesteamenginefan1 Unfortunately I'm a railway fan Jay. but love these traction engines as well, so unfortunately I am unable to answer your question, it looks like a Fowler but I'm not sure, Thanks for your kind comments...Bob
Thanks Mikey, we've all got to start somewhere, and a lot of people got interested through those Mammod Steam engines..or was it the Meths they ran on?,,:-)
Relax, Mamods are great. Start small then work up. Little tip, If your intrested in engeneering then go for castings. They are cheaper than a model traction engine but take a while to make (3 years for a 6'' scale) and you need alot of equiptment. Or if you have the money then buy one any jump straight in.
Once again bob, another great video! I loved those mini trains, the ones you can ride on. i wouldnt mind a railway of those in my garden. i will get some one day. all the best mate.
peter thought it was very good, interesting and a nice asortment of models to be seen. liked the traction engine with the 2 girls on and trailer said it sounded right.
Thanks Lou, the engines filmed yesterday were better but they went for a run up to the local village. Several of those filmed today wern't up to scratch yet as can be clearly seen and heard.
Some splendid examples of engineering there Bob. Nice work. - Keith
