Okay first thing you do get a team mate to help make sure its not a bot friend make sure its a xbox live or multiplayer friend they must be a LONG RANGER or THERMOPHILE or GRUNT.They must make your health very low by hurting you. Tell them to take out their medgun.Take out your grenade right when its about to beep to blow up they must heal you. try this again and again until you get it.

its pretty easy, ive done it whit sneeker, ok you have to have a thermophile whit that shit that heals you then the other guy get a grenade and keeps it until it explodes then the thermophile heals him and thats how

You can play it on the 360... I play it all the time on live, I belive you just have to put the disk in and download some update when it loads up.

It needs updating, and you must have xbox live to do that. Or you can download it from the xbox site and burn it on a cd and run it in the 360. Should work then.
