  • Medications should not be recommended for all bipolar people.

    It destroyed my life completely and my future.

    I stopped a year ago. I am so happy. I only have 1 Friend. She is my cousin and my hero.

    I have been taking medication for years and was depressed and not progressing.

    I am doing things I never knew I could do.

    I managed to upload some videos of me painting while doing other things at once Because I have ADHD

    My Advice is to do things you enjoy and be around people who care. Good Luck!
