  • wer ist noch auf dieses Video wegen Alberto gekommen?

  • I remember playing the donkey kong arcade in this stage.... was soo hard for me when was 5..

  • @santino0485

    THEY CAN'T!

    f*** microsoft

  • @joohomom Actually, they can. Microsoft isn't in the handheld gaming market so they won't give two shits of Rare actually did make DK3D.

  • At work, pulling out of date and damaged products off the shelf to be returned to the manufacturer reminds me of Frantic Factory. Additionally, product recalls being mentioned in the news remind me of Frantic Factory.

  • NEEDS DUBSTEP

  • @fofo808ftw DUBSTEP is awful

FART FART FART LONGER FART. . . FART

  • @1994LSSM YES! IT'S HORRIBLE! I wish more people would realize that! =[

  • @1994LSSM Can I ask what is dubstep?

  • such great memories from back then

  • Reminds me of 3rd Eye from Touhou. Of course, this came first anyways.

  • @KageTori12 It does, doesn't it? When I first got into Touhou and listened to 3rd Eye, I just couldn't shake the feeling that it sounded very familiar for some reason. After a while I discovered that Frantic Factory might be why I felt that way.

It is pretty ironic when I can make a connection between one of my earliest childhood games and my new (more or less) obsession, despite them being nothing alike.

  • @LuckySmash9 Lol me too! I had only recently noticed.

  • O_O

  • nintendo games bring back the strongest dose of nostalgia.

    N64 forever.

  • i loved this level, not too hard nor was it easy. rare could of made some great games if they didn't join microsoft.

  • there were 2 things wrong with the 64 the ever failing camera control and for platformers the terrible depth perseption other the that the 64 is wonderful

  • I challenge anyone to name a non-N64 game better than DK64, BK, BT and SM64.

  • @MrNickeh Excluding SM64, I'd say I liked Earthbound, Tomba!, Spyro: Year of the Dragon, Super Mario World, Chrono Trigger, the Pokemon series, and the Mega Man series a bit more. :)

  • @MrNickeh Well, I liked DKC 1 and 2 more than DK64 and Galaxy 1 and 2 more than SM64. Can't say for Banjo since there's nothing else but Nuts & Bolts.

  • @MrNickeh Well, I love those, but I completely Metroid prime.

  • Comment removed

  • @MrNickeh I love them all but there's one better. Mother 3

  • @MrNickeh Um...well SA1 and SA2 are on their level, and those were on the Dreamcast. Just saying.

  • @MrNickeh Super Mario 64 was pretty boring.

And that's coming from a 5 year Mario 64 Machinamist ironically.

  • This is without a doubt my favorite level!

  • I liked going splat from jumpin off something high in this game

  • I love how they added that "krrrrr" in the background that makes it sound like a music box!

  • Comment removed

  • I used to play this game at my friends house, and its this music that i remember so clearly.

  • man just hearing it again.. its fucking insane lmao.. FUUUUCK WHERE ARE YOU 64!!!?!?!??!?

  • shit bricks when you hear this

  • > Demon Resident Mine Adding comments has been disabled for this video.

I laughed harder than I should have.

  • @Phazonaddict

    >greentexting

    >youtube

    >2012

  • @hedonism13 > responding to greentext with greentext

  • when I got my N64 I had Banjo Kazooie Super Mario 64 and DK64 it was great

  • I wish I could find a working RF adapter so I could play through Donkey Kong 64 again... :(

  • The things I would do to get back my N64 and this game...

  • they should remake this game for 3ds

  • @mespritLover481 Totally agree (:

  • quiero que este juego lo saquen en el canal tienda de la wii!!!!!!!!!!!pulgar para arriba si piensas lo mismo

  • I want to LIVE this game.

  • If only nintendo would remade this for the nintendo 3ds!!! I WOULD BE SO HAPPY!!!

  • @Santino0485 OMG I AGREEE!!!!!!!

  • @Santino0485 I swear I'd finally buy a 3DS if they did.

  • top comments are always so fucking retarded

  • @igorbog88 but hes correct thought these games are way better than the modern games these generation of kids are playing.

  • I used to like watching my brother play N64 games, I would have fun watching him and was never bored. Frantic Factory was one of my favorite worlds. Ugh, I need to get a N64 ):

  • this was the most creepy level on dk 64... and yet it was still my favorite!!!! that music, the robots, the living toys, the machines and the boss scared me a lot as a little kid... lol

  • Its not like im going to sleep anyway ^_^

  • this song reminds me of banjo kazooie..Ahhh Old Rare games, They have their unique charm

  • i love the melody

  • Pystrich

  • i could never beat this level when i was little.....and that is still true today. at least rareware gave you good music to listen to when running in circles throughout the entire game

  • Omg, I remember humming this so much when i was little ^__^ one thing to say...... <3

  • this sux bieber is btr than this guy he cant even sing

  • @mittdodd I'm going to punch you now.

  • @videogamex9 make it a remix of chunkys primate punch

  • This game is so gloomy, especially this level, I can't say if they ever intended that or is just my view on it. I've recently replayed this and had the same feeling. Amazing soundtrack, one of the best games I've ever played.

  • loved this track. there's a couple good remixes of it too, check them out!

  • I FUCKING LOVE THIS GAME AND I FUCKING LOVE THIS SOUNDTRACK.

  • truly beautiful.........

  • The 5 Casplat disliked this

  • This level is one of my Faves.....

  • It's tough to get the N64 Coin in the arcade game. That, along with the Rare Coin, are both required to get the last Boss Key and free K. Lumsy.

This comment is for those who never made it very far in the game.

  • @xHEDGEHOGMAN1x Tough?

    Understatement of the forever.

  • Back when video games weren't formulaic.

  • OMG I remember when my friends would say I remind them of the factory level. Especially Mad Jack and the music =P

  • I have to say. The Nintendo 64 is 100 times better than all the new systems. And the games where so simple yet diverse, so amazing and entertaining, so breath taking and memory making.

  • @penguin12123434 thats probly just because you were a kid

  • I still got this game on my good ol 64, that console never lets you down.

  • they deffinately should make another game like this one, their doing a remake of halo combat evolved, which is awesome, why not make a remake of awesome games like this aswell¿!?

  • @luvetohate

We got a new donkey kong country so I dont see why they cant do at least a remake of this game. I know lots of people who would buy it

  • I love the music box effect at the beginning :D

  • This song literally made me cry when i heard it again. i could never beat that damn jack in the box boss...

  • I only liked jumping of something high in this level and slpating on the floor

  • This game gives the word "awesome" a whole new meaning, Nothing can ever beat this game. First of all, games are NOT suppose to be realistic, games are made so that you can escape reality, another imaginary world is another way to explain it. FUCK Call Of Duty, FUCK Grand Theft Auto. And lastly, if you are a true gamer, that knows what im talking about, thumbs this up, so that more people may understand the truth!

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345 Crystal Meth

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345 Well, i'd say that games can try to be realistic, what really matters is in which way they interpret "realism". For example, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 has some pretty cool effects, graphical and all, but the storyline and the setting is about as "realistic" as a hollywood movie. So i think the problem is that usually most producers try to make their games "realistic" in terms of graphics and location rather than concept, storyline and characterisation.

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345 But of course, as many games, including this one, has proved during the years, it's not necessary for a game to even try to be realistic in order for it to give a unique and fun experience, and should usually be the main priority for a game ;)

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345

I know where you are coming from, but I dislike this common attitude.

All of you just tear apart any new games, even when gems come out.

You just reach for COD, and start whining. What about Oblivion, what about Fallout, L4D2, all action, all amazing, none realistic. And GTA isn't realistic. Even COD is good.

The "true gamer" doesn't exist. Please understand this. It is just a idiot term used by self righteous worms. Dont fall into this dark deadly trap.

  • @urpaderpa Fallout 3 was trash.

  • @LunarEntity Your opinion. Most people will disagree with you.

How many more games do you discount? Hmmm by the end why dont we just discount this game too? Its not like its any different then your argument.

  • @urpaderpa Still trash.

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345 I....I totally agree with you!!!!! I have found no appeal what so ever in games like that! My friends pick on me because I prefer to play Mario over this new shit. I like the cartoony games! I don't own a single game that is rated M. I like it that way! Mario and Donkey Kong will always be 1 million times more fun than any of the new shit!!!! Oh and don't forget to add Halo to that silly ass new crap.....

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345 111,111 views and now your comment has 111 thumbs up!

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345 I agree with you mostly, but you call cod and gta realistic games?

  • @MatzWhat1 I can agree that GTA and CoD was an overreaction, but my entire comment was written on impulse and what was on my mind at the time, didnt really think it through :P

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345 you gained this one's respect. Completely agree with you, games today can't compare to games of yesterday... in my opinion (:

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345

But Dont fuck Team Fortress 2.

    Oh thats apples mayt.

  • @GrounderTheRobot Nah, i play team fortress 2 quite often. Top shelf!

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345

well, whats your steam id? I SAID ID. not your username.

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345 This is what I try to explain to my friends all the fucking time! They just don't get it! -_-

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345 so how do i give u 100 thumbs up at once???;)

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345 Games are games, there is a game for everyone's tastes even though some people like more realistic games. Every games are good. They just can't fit everybody's taste. World would be boring if so ;)

  • @lolmasterofdoom12345 I agree.

  • 0:56-1:14 EPIC

  • I wonder if Good Guy dolls are made in this toys from hell factory

  • 4 people failed in getting the coin from the original Donkey Kong game...sorry couldn't resist!

  • @DragonAtZero lol, maybe those people should go back playing the arcade games again

  • NOSTALGIA!!!

  • I remeber this game from when I was a kid, god Mad Jack creeped me out...

  • Comment removed

  • @redfaction011 put "repeat" between "youtube" and ".com" in the url and your finger will be safe from twitching due to constant clcking on replay.

  • ah, how clumsy. It seems 4 people accidentally clicked the dislike button.

  • @redfaction011 I think K. Lumsy was jumping too much and it shook their mouse over the dislike button. Silly K. Lumsy.

  • I love this theme. I like Tiny the most of the kongs in this game! Pleas thumbs up if you agree and love Tiny! :3

  • @Lmaopodechuikara Everything about this game is epic as a post office walrus.........Let's pretend that made sense.

  • @Lmaopodechuikara Tiny is awesome, but no one can ever top Lanky for me.

  • @hungryhungrymetroid me as well i just want to have him as a pet

  • @cowbow50 if i had a pet from this game, it would be madjack

  • @offenon w-WHAT? *shocked face*

  • @cowbow50 what? i need SOME way to keep my sistyer away from my N64

  • oh my god, the beaver games were so frustrating. those damn beavers are so fukin stubborn to fall in the hole!!!

  • @ZombiePlayerBOSS its funny. i was just playin my game and had to beat that. took me 8 tries. so frustrating. still tryin to beat the whole game.

  • I love this song. Its a toy factory and the song sounds childish. Dementedly childish.

  • Undoubtedly one of the best songs in video game history.

  • i remember when i was 10 i started a new game on this and i would play it from morning till night. Now, on my ps3 i get sick of playing COD after an hour or 2

  • 4 ppl wish to be robots too

  • It reminds me of a simple yet jolly sounding music box.

  • I still haven't that coin now. :T

  • @Oosutoria lol noob

  • this is my fave stage in the game. mainly because of the many times i used tiny kong :D and that damn arcade game...!!! RAGE!! me and my cousin would get my brother to beat it for us XD

  • Reminds me a little of Toxic Tower in DKC 2..I never liked this game nearly as much as the SNES games. I think if they made it a little more linear (like the PS1 Crash Bandicoot games) I would've liked it better. It was very very tedious trying to get all the items with 5 different characters. Lost interest quick. Plus the music isn't nearly as good.

  • @mistaphill Your saying this music, DK64 music, was not nearly as good? Its great! I have no clue what went on in your head.

  • @StormTrooopr No, in my opinion it was not great, especially not compared to the DKC games on the SNES. Have you played those at all? If not, you really don't know what you are talking about. The music in the N64 game was just not memorable to me. There was no kind of Stickerbrush Symphony or Aquatic Ambience type track that grabbed me.

  • @mistaphill I have played some, but I did not like them as much as this, I just didn't like the DKC series as much as this, you are right, we all have different opinions.

  • @mistaphill music has to be slow-paced because places are bigger and gameplay is not as fast

  • Now that I think of it, 5 years after I played this game a lot... this is scary!

  • FLASH NOSTALGIA

And I didn't even finish the game. What gives?

  • @cactuar2

    I said ADVANCED.

And I like Wii! Not as much as the SNES, but still. 64 I didn't like much, although some of the games such as Banjo Kazooie and Tooie I did...

  • @alexdz123321

    More so, actually.

  • @jacobpotter

    Really? WOW.

  • @NightmareRider50 I live for the classics like that. I remember logging over 300 hours into classics like donkey kong, and some other arcade games. granted, I love the psp, and ps2 & 3. but there is just no beating the classics.

  • 0.o'

    THIS MUSIC IS BEAST. 83

  • Ugh, I have a love/hate relationship with this level, always gave me the creeps as a kid, dark, dirty, nigh-unkillable wind-up crocs running around. It's like a nightmare fuel Toys R Us

  • So fucking awesome-amazingly epic music Dk's and banjo's n64 had! it makes me nostalgic and also it makes me remember very coool things about my childhood. Whoever made this games is a hero for me. I also thank my parents for givin' them to me. I love this music! And Banjo-Kazooie's as well.

  • When I was little, I always used to wonder WTF that crank was turning on...... it scared the crap outta me

  • @haveHEARTT Umm... why would that scare someone, exactly? Even a little kid? Seriously though. And I'm also pretty sure that they are replicating a phonograph, with the crank being turned to keep the music going.

  • @LivingOilSlick I thought the crank was turning on like a monster or something in the game. -_- What may scare you may not scare others...

  • @haveHEARTT Or maybe it's turning on Mad Jack. Since he's you know a Jack in the Box and things.

  • @haveHEARTT I always thought it was one of those wind-up things that attack you. It scared the shit out of me too!

  • @ilikepaperplates2 LOL k good, I'm not crazy.. People on this video are making me feel like I'm insane or something ._____."

  • @haveHEARTT haha no, some people can just be jerks unnecessarily :/

  • @haveHEARTT The crank is the music box that plays the song

  • gawd this brings back memories of when i was like 5 years old

  • Miss this stuff man

  • I'm playing this again and I'm at this level!

It feels good to relive my childhood again.

  • i hate this theme , but i cant turn it of because its so good :(

  • pystrich

  • Interestingly, I never played this game when it came out but I was a huge fan of Banjo Kazooie. I played it recently and I had just as much fun as I did with BK. People call us reminiscers for saying these games trump any that came after it, but given that I played this "now" and it being better than most of the crap that exists today, I'd like to think there's some validity to all the claims being made here.

  • As kiddy and light-hearted as Rare tends to be, they can whip up a damn creepy atmosphere when they need to.

  • This was the last DK game I ever played, cuz I cant remember there being anymore after this.

  • Hearing this music almost makes me cry in wishing that I could go back in time and re-live the N64 days again. This game and many others were such a huge part of my childhood. And they were so good, and the music is so amazing. Why can't the games of today be like this? :( *cries*

  • That jack-in-a-box boss! >.< Felt sorry for the spinning Tiny after the 11th attempt.

  • Man I like this song :D :D :D

  • I remember spending so much time playing that arcade game trying to get the coin, oh the frustration it brought me...

  • @Jantern I re-beat it the other day. I got blisters on my thumb from trying to climb those ladders.

  • @Jantern i remember the boss in this place being quite hard

  • 1:49-2:06 pure evil. Sends shivers down my spine.

  • That darn arcade game! Never have I been so close to throwing a controller at the wall >___>

I miss the way RARE used to be though...they were amazing with Nintendo! Oh well..

  • Best D.K 64 song :3

  • 0:55 - 1:13

FRANTIC TIC TIC TIC TIC TIC TOC

  • THAT FREAKIN ARCADE GAME!

  • ....THAT FUCKING ARCADE GAME!!! So many attempts failed D:

  • i remember when video games were an artform. i play games for the atmosphere and experience. (i LOVE THIS GAME!)

  • there is no one, today, who hope to see a xylo-croco-burp-phone in a new video game........ and it's sad

  • This takes me back to 1999 in my basement as a kid.

  • @TrekFan85 This music played while you were molested by a clown-potato?
