hi there, i just moved to bristol and bought a bike "still learning to ride", say, isnt it scary? im thinking about using the path to go from my home on fishponds/lodgecausway to my mangotsfield secondary school, any tips or ideas? im a begginner! (i barley can make trurns)
Thanks for your comment. I cycle from Bath to Bristol for exercise during the summer using this disused railway. The experience is very nice.
Soon, over the next 2 years another old railway line leaving Bath will reopen for cyclists incorporating 2 long tunnels too Radstock. This is exciting news. This railway line closed about 40 years ago.

Thanks for that, i rode this old railway line in 1993 and am really interested in it.
Being in Australia this brought back some great memories. Do you ride it often?
