  • I know for a fact that dangling over 500 pounds with a "dip belt" as a sheering force of your waist, is just as harmful to your core muscles such as multifidus, psoas, gemellus, and other important pelvic floor core muscles, as the exercise shown here. I don't recommend doing this exercise. I don't do it with my clients, also Which is why I put " do not try this at home" this Is one of my own personal favorite exercises that I have been doing for years, take care

  • Dip belt mate, save yourself an injury!!!!!

  • Get a dip belt, this looks like you are going to injur your legs

  • i think its time to just start doin weighted dips

  • I got up to 10 plates on my lap not to long ago, I think its time to shoot another video soon, the video shows 8. O and YaMumYaNanYaGran shoot me a link to your video once you tried this out before you say its pointless lol

  • @shawninabox08 i agree

  • Balancing those alone with out even doing the dips is amazing

  • Well Htown20XX post a video of a 1000 pounds on your knees then... thats approx 22-45 pound plates....lol

  • its not as much as it looks because the weights are close to the fulcrum. I could stack 1000 lbs on my knees or something and put of a stupid video
