You have the at the beginning you have a D triad and then you play the 9th , raised 11th and 13th note of the chord and you turn around at 7th step of the chord . So you have these notes in the sweep : D - F# - A - C# - E - G# - B and these notes give you a D maj 13th :)

the thing is that u didn't play the notes in sequence that's y it looks some thing else but the notes r of Lydian scale. :)
