  • You should come to New York for a reality check. The decent people in New York can't get pistol permits, and the criminals don't care they have guns..

Gun control works on the decent law abiding citizen not the criminal..

  • Criminals don't obey gun laws.Only decent citizens are put at risk by obeying those laws.

  • @dannyfivefifty take away guns then. The criminals won't have guns then! If the reason you have a gun is because criminals have guns...if you take away guns, the criminals no longer have guns...then you no longer need a gun.

  • It's naive to think that you can take away guns - un-invent them, un-invent gun powder and bows and arrows, un-invent violence itself. Un-vent the human race. Liberals have the arrogance to think they can legislate the inner workings of our brain, not the neo cortex, but the inner brain, the survival part itself. And anyway, it's duplicitous because all they really want is control, where Smith & Wesson will become a govt body.

  • Illinois State Rifle Association is the place to go. I am a gun owner and would love to have my conceal and carry permit. I would suggest all gun owners get involved, especially we Democratic folks, as I am. I hear the Republican's speak passionately about gun ownership. But Democrats must equally as enthusiastic. Make it a bill that stands on it's own merit without other items buried in and more movement could be made. It's not a republican thing we want. It's a citizens right!

  • @chicagojo622 To help your cause, there are some GREAT statistics in a book called More Guns, Less Crime by John R. Lott, Jr. I highly recommend this to firearms owners and to anti-gun advocates alike. It will help embolden gun owner's resolve and MIGHT change a few minds on the other side. Too many people use the 2nd Amendement as their only defense...you need more facts than rhetoric to help your cause. Rural Ill has power in numbers. Lots of guns owners there. Good luck!

  • @sabretooth75 Thanks for the reading suggestion. I will check into it

  • Illinois people have to have a FOID card (gun license), fill out paperwork, background check, and wait 24 hours to pick up their rifle/shotgun or 72 hours to pick up their handgun. What sucks is they have to go through the same process just to buy a muzzleloader or pellet gun. I feel their frustrations every day.

  • @bammybound FOID is an acronym for Firearm Owners Identification

  • @stclairstclair I know this. I sell guns here in KY to Illinois residents. All we have to have is some form of photo ID (ex. driver's license) and pass a background check unless you have CCW permit and you can leave that day with your firearm. Muzzleloaders and pellet guns require no ID, paperwork or NICS check. I was just expressing my sorrow for Illinois people especially the good honest ones in the southern part of the state who hate the people up north.

  • @bammybound Agreeably there are some unnecessary steps local gov't has taken in their endeavor to curb crime. I really don't have a problem with the 72 hour wait for hand guns. Should someone be off their rocker due to a personal issue, it gives that person a change to cool down. It also gives the state time to find someone with felony charges on their record. All dealers should have some safety standards in place so we can verify a felony charges at least. We can suck down beer as we wait.

  • Ted Nugent has the right to SHUT UP!

  • Chicago recently got a black eye and I LOVE IT! A gentleman sued Chicago over his right to PURCHASE and OWN a gun. (Chicago tries to enforce an illegal law that you can't own a firearm in it's city limits)

This gentleman sued the city of Chicago and WON!

Illinois is the (not)proud home of Daley, Blagojevic, Emanuel and Obama. Need I say anymore. That's why I'm getting the hell out of here!

  • @IStandStrongAndProud Come to Kentucky. No permits or gun licenses (i.e. FOID) for purchase or ownership of firearms. Open carry is legal but conceal does require CCW. You can buy and own fully-automatics. Just last year, our Governor signed into law guns can be put anywhere on passenger side of vehicle for open carry. I love the gun laws here.

  • @bammybound Waiting on them to finish my house in KY as I type this. I can't tell you how tired I am of the pompous actions of those here. The taxes, the prices, the illegal aliens have ran off many a decent person.

I'm going to be more than happy to give KY my money.

  • @IStandStrongAndProud Unfortunately you'll find out we have a bigger concentration of illegals here but they usually leave us good folk alone.

  • @bammybound Remember Illinois is a SANCTUARY state. CANT be more illegals than here.I'd be happy if they'd leave us alone by going back to their OWN country!

  • @IStandStrongAndProud Dude, where in Chicago do you live? Sounds kinda scary. But I hear KY is beautiful. I hope you love it down there. As far as a shootin' person goes, I will be jealous as hell if you have a huge property that you can pull out your AK or your Remington 870 --- here in Schaumburg, I'd be watched if I was holding a water pistol. LOL

  • @chicagojo622 NorthEastern part of Will county. Joining family in KY. Doesn't matter where I am. Come on my property and I will pull out my firearm. Illinois or not.. One thing people forget about Illinois is you can OPENLY carry on your OWN property. Watched the neighborhood go down. Was a beautiful town growing up. Now you hear gunshots every night. Illegal aliens every other house.

Building a shooting range on my back acreage. Got to keep my aim up! Come on down!

  • RoachBoy Never heard of them but "Since 1997, NRA has been steadily ascending Fortune magazine's "Power 25," its listing of the most influential lobbying groups in America. This year, we reached the #1 spot, displacing the AARP, which had held the top spot for years, Once again missing from the "Power 25" are all anti-gun organizations,

In 1996, the NRA was recognized as an NGO of the United Nations and, ever since then, has defended the constitutional freedom of Americans in this arena,

  • "The rights of man do come from the generocity of the state, but from the grace of god."

    -JFK

  • @amazingaustin13 Your missing a "not" but i get it

  • @amazingaustin13 Back when liberals were more than left wing parrots.

  • Ted: You need to come back to Illinois and hunt some big deer in Will County!! Come back and run for governor you could lead Illinois out of the mess we are in!!

  • Why must I conceal my guns?

  • @Gamberbro237 You don't HAVE to, but it's your right if you WANT to. Big difference.

  • WHO IS GIVING THESE NEGATIVE VOTES

  • @Gamberbro237 liberals

  • Why click a video just to leave negative comments to the viewers. You know who you are.

  • @stclairstclair, you are so right. I honestly feel without the NRA we the people would be so screwed when it comes to the second amendment. Liberal Anti-gun politicians and lawmakers are trying every day to eliminate the 2nd Amendment and disarm the good law biding citizens of America. I feel that if we lose the 2nd Amendment, America will be lost forever.

  • ILLINOIS ESP CROOK COUNTY IS GOING 2B LAST PLACE WE SEE THIS HAPPEN. THAT GOES 4 PASSING ANY OTHER LIBERAL OR DECRIMINALIZATION LAWS. ILLINOIS IS A PRISON STATE.HAS MORE PRISONS THAN ANY OTHER STATE NOW, IF IM NOT MISTAKEN. ITS A POLICE STATE AND ITS BIG BUSINESS. SAME REASON THEY CUT SPENDING ON DRUG REHAB. WHY SHOULD WE HELP CITIZENS WHEN THE STATE CAN GET MORE FED MONEY BY KEEPING THE JAILS FULL AND BUILDING MORE JAILS? JOB SECURITY 4 LAW ENFORCEMENT. GUARANTEED FED $ FOR THE PRISON SYSTEM...

  • Listen up my fellow Americans, Christmas is coming..buy someone on your Christmas list a NRA Membership. It will be one of the greatest gifts you can give a family member. God bless America and God Bless the NRA!

  • @charger19691 People have funny ideas about the NRA, from hearing about them from tv, some of my gun owning friends think the NRA is full of lies, I dodnt know much about them untell i joinedabout 12 years ago, ive learned alot since those days,

People need to join them, they are our only voice in Washington and at the U.N.! 200,000,000 guns in America and only 8,000,000 members, I joined when the U.K. took there own peoples guns! Wake up America!

  • @stclairstclair Some manufacturers like Taurus have deals right now with the NRA where if you buy a brand new firearm from them, you get a free 1-year membership with the benefits. Funny I've been looking at a Taurus 85 Ultralite .38 revolver myself.

  • @bammybound Good revolver.

  • how can illinois not allow this it just decided it wasnt in the united states anymore but this isnt the right to have a gun i guess its the concealed part that was taken away but why is that

  • I miss Illinois, now I live in Indiana. The one thing I don't miss are the taxes, and the liberals!

  • @RoachBoySD All the more reason we should shoot every gang banger on the spot. They don't hesitate to take a shot at police or spray half a neighborhood for no reason. Should be an open season, nationwide on anyone wearing colors. Just my opinion.

  • fuck yeah i want my guns i live in illinois

  • @FrankSmith1420 Ted Nugent was part of the "straight edge" movement. He stood out as one of the few NOT using drugs in a time when most rock stars were snorting cocaine.

I guess you must be an uneducated drug-addicted loser, because this is the third Nugent video I've seen you post this comment on.
