What if you have a religion which believes that it is their God given duty to influence legislation. This freedom of religion is not given because of the IRS?
@LifeLibertyLove The IRS doesn't GIVE anything. Freedom of Religion is a Constitutional guarantee. Any "church" is automatically tax exempt if they meet some basic criteria of what a "church" looks like. Whether they worship Jesus or the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
@fotm1 So the IRS has the power to tell you how to teach people the truth or which truths to teach people. For example you are automatically tax exempt if you meet basic criteria of a "Church" but the IRS has the authority to not make you a church if you say Obama is Pro-Abortion therefore it is a sin to vote for him. @korzon Again, there's a difference between a CHURCH and some other kind of education or philanthropic non-profit. A church would be automatically non-taxable. A soup kitchen, a dinosaur museum/amusement park, a library, a youth baseball league - would all have to request special permission from the IRS to be considered non-profit.
My old friend may Christ Jesus forgive him was so anti 5013c as well as a conspiracy freak was more of a fear monger and never saw the beam in his own eye passed away in a fire he set he went mad/Posessed.I kept telling him his focus on the enemy was too much and not enough on serving our brother and spreading the Gospel.But if you do register to save youreself money on a return youre heart is in the wrong place and it would be better for us not to register to due to it's problems it can cause.
So they don't get any special privlages if they register because the Gov. always throws you a bone if you join their little club?Seems to me there is no need to register and man I dont even claim anything as in work expensives I just pay ceasar his dough figure the poor in the country can have it in all those social services only problem i have is You never know where it's being spent unless you hand support to the people in need directly to many coporate thieves already they need not be.

Here's a reason to not follow their laws Leviticus 18:1-5. The word REGIS-tration shows you that if you fill in that form then you are owned by the crown. Also, everything requires a contract and if there is no consent given, there is no contract. You are starting to go down the rabbit hole and thats great. Did you know that your name in ALL CAPS starting with MR is a Corporation, a legal fiction, strawman and a TRUST, its the property of the Gov created by Gov from your Birth Certificate.
