use my way :) , keep hands really clean, drink water, make sure you dont go outside (so no one else gets a cold from you) try eating chewing gum which contains menthol, and once or twice a day use something called olbas oil if your in the uk * im not sure if you can buy this in america but you can buy things like it* ! :) (olbas oil makes your nose really really runny so for a while it doesnt feel blocked and your feel much better)

'Tissues is good' - not really a cure though is it doc. Although, if you roll up a tissue and use it to plug up your nostrils then it prevents your nose from drying up and getting all sore and crusty AND you only end up using just the one tissue which ultimately leaves you with more tissues with which to wipe your butt and wipe up semen.
