Hey miss Doverdarby, I'm glad you made this video. I had to take my daughter to the dermatologist because of her scaling scalp. She had all the symptoms you just named. This itching, soreness, scaling and flaking. Of course they gave her a steroid foam which helped but I wanted something more natural. I still havn't found anything. But the sulfer 8 does help.
@lovlilady I'm so glad the video was helpful! Yeah I'm still in the search for a natural remedy that works long term but the sulfur 8 is doing the trick for now.
I'm not sure if I have SD now compared to your symptoms. I don't have the sore scalp, intense itching, or scaling. Even if I were to leave my scalp alone for a week or two. By week 3 I'd have an itchy scalp, but I just assume it's b/c it's been 3 weeks lol.
I do however have intense flaking, and tingling almost burning sensations on my scalp. When the flakes are coming, I can detect an odd scent and I can't put things on my scalp
I am going to try the Sulfur 8 products and see if they help :)
@Goddess298 A burning scalp is also a characteristic of SD but to know for sure you should go to a dermatologist. I was diagnosed with eczema when I was in middle/high school. Like I said in the video, each person can have a different set of symptoms and still have SD. Many people deal with hair loss, but I do not. I hope you're able to get an accurate diagnosis so you can figure out what treatment is best.

Have you tried wheatgrass. You can take it orally and apply externally. May God bless you in all you do. LOL :-)
