  • W was cute in that 70s style dress. I love W she is the greatest part of Good Eats for me. I sincerely hope that she will be included in the final episode next month, maybe introduce her to the Dungeon Master? XD

  • No Swedish meatball is truly complete without the cook saying "bork bork bork" at serving.

  • Okay at 9:59 exactly, is it me or does the meatball look as if it has a very angry face on it looking through the window at AB. Normally, Im fine with horror things back that face trully is creepy. BTW I think I want to try the swedish meatball recipe execpt maybe without the ground pork (I just plain hate pork of any kind)

  • If I ever get on the Nobel Prize committee, I will nominate you AB.

  • @swallowthedark don't real Swedish meatballs usually have veal in them?

  • @1HGClark

I make 'em with long pig.

  • BAMM! ..stop poking me!

  • Ah, a meatball brainwave! Surely this counts as a meatball variant, right?

Roll sausagemeat around a peeled, hard-boiled egg, coat it in breadcrumbs and then deep fry it for Scotch eggs.

  • it's köttbulle, you missed a t

  • these are actually american swedish meatballs real swedish meatballs are much better :)

  • This sauce is a lot like the one used in:

    a) tender is the loin 1

    and

    b) hittin the sauce

so im gunna assume most steak/beef sauces he will ever do will be a fond, deglazed with some beef stock, with heavy cream

  • who is it? Candy gram!

  • I answered D

  • "Candy Gram for Bonco"

  • @silvr90210 Actually that's "Cangy Gram for Mongo".

    From the movie "Blazing Saddles".

  • @trumbachd1 i know..

  • "Hey, you're not candy!" I've had a girl say that too me once.

  • @Knoxerboy101 srry about that man

  • Booo! No Swedish meatballs without a proper lingonberry sauce!

  • MAMMA MIA! THATS A SPICY MEATBALL!

  • y is W always in a bitchy mood

  • She's emulating Q from James Bond who was also in an agitated mood on how 007 would be a smartass in his lab.

  • Interesting. Actually, there are a lot of James Bond refferences in this show. *^_^*

  • haha i love W, she is one nasty bitch.

  • does any1 know what he means by "sweat" the onions? i never knew what "sweat" meant in cooking

  • "sweating" is just below sautee-ing. The onions are not to brown or sizzle so much as literally sweat (i.e. the juices will flow into the pan on low enough heat so they don't evaporate immediately)...adding salt to onions will usually make them sweat even more profusely. I find that this is usually at a med-low heat on my range. Hope that helps!

  • yea it REALLY helps. im trying to be a cook so every bit helps. that's y i watch Good Eats. plus alton is kool. he makes education in a cooking show awesome! :D
