Hi Virol, First i'm going to say that your daughter is a really good pianist( She is better then I will ever be hehe, I'm a classic saxophonist). People who say that she plays too fast is nonsense right? :) It's the minute waltz, haha :D IT's the because the great players didn't play it like she did that her interpretation should be the same :) Keep up the good work :D!

@joshuanewmexico she actually did very well, that is why it is called the minute Waltz, it is meant to be played fast, when Chopin came up with it he intended it to depict a small playful puppy. Great job.

I've been browsing Youtube to find someone who can play this song at a good tempo and it must be a little girl that do it correctly. 1 word ... Wow! For those who feel ashamed after seeing this, consider this: many children were exposed to music while they were really young and were sometimes forced to play piano, so what matters is not how young you played it but how long have you spent learning it and to what extent have you perfected this piece. The term "Minute" is as in "small" and not as in "it must be performed in one minute" ... which then it wouldn't be music anyway ...

And yes, it should be played a little faster but her speed is quite good and the performance for a 9-year old excellent ... and anyway, just the effort is enough ...
