Biggest arc (Soul Society) lasted 100 chapters, but that was because it was the development of many concepts, so the final arc with the climax and the few unused concepts should last 100 chapters at most too.

the manga wont end quickly, we have the end of the arrancar arc in June and then 2 more arcs (one short and one long) which means the manga probably wont end until 2014! He counts the Arrancar arc as one thing, and thats been trekking for four years so the last one is going to be HUGE!

The arrancar arc had like thousands of fights and I doubt that he would draw even more bad guys and weapons. He only has two bad guys left. I expect this to end in like the winter of 2011. I think the big arc will at least be like 50-70 chapters long.
