His 1st two DVD sets are all no-gi, and cover triangles, heel hooks, and an assortment of other no-gi chokes, foot locks, arm locks, sweeps, passes, and transitions. Even the two gi DVDs show a lot of movements that are not gi dependent.
this is one the best dvds i have got my hands on and I am being very honest here. Ryan's explanation is very thorough. I just learnt that i don't konw a God damnn thing about jiujitsu. This is the shit right here.
he should do more no gi techniques. there is a gi to grab on the street

@takeawalktoschool also...people do wear clothes, a hooded sweatshirt or jacket can easily be used like a gi in some situations
