Just going back through and realizing this older version is also missing the awesome lighting in the final version! If you want to see how it turned out, download the demo via the RBN store on 360! It's super fun!
@TalkingInstruments Oh WAAAH, I'm tired of this type of complaining. If they were charting it INSTEAD of a guitar part, I would understand, and even join in the complaining. But in a song with little or no guitar, that is going to be uploaded for people to play in Rock Band, then toss the guitar player a bone...I mean, I guess if you really would prefer to sit there and play nothing for extended periods of time, go have fun. This game isn't meant to be realistic.
I was asking if it was necessary to chart the synth, expecting feedback from the author, which is far from complaining. You shouldn't rant over a 10 word question you don't like.
Am i gonna need XNA creators club to play this, or is the Rock band Music store gonna go through a huge update with hundreds of new new songs, if so when will it be due?
nope. When the store launches later this winter, you'll be able to buy it on 360 just like any other track. You only need the XNA membership to playtest/peer review in the process of going through RBN!
God, I fucking love this song.

Is it a must to chart the synth part?
TalkingInstruments 2 years ago
what synth part? the arpeggiator?
Also, yeah: there's actually no true guitar in this track so it's going to have some synths throughout! :)

@TheMainDrag I guess that's fine.
Just whatever you do, don't chart piano.
._.

Lots of problems with overdrive and unison bonuses I noticed. :-P
Looked fun though

yeah, apparently I've been approaching OD/UB's wrong. That's why the chart is solid but the OD is "filled with problems".

I should also say that they'll be fixed in the final version, which I'm reauthoring now for submission.
