Basically, in this lobby you earn so many experience points that you go from level 1 to level 70 in just one kill. In order for the individual to achieve 10th prestiege, the individual must return to the hacked lobby after entering prestiege mode. The individual does this 9 more times and is granted what most people call 10th prestiege level 70.
