Thank you for putting this out. I continually talk about this issue with my clients. It is incredible how such a simple nutrient deficiency can play such havoc in the body leading so many people to take yet more drugs to handle the symptoms.
Would be nice if you proposed a solution to work on the deficiency. Like what natural food helps, how to combine in a diet, ect. Or maybe provide links in upload to these subjects.
@joggler66 Magnesium rich foods include pumpkin seeds as well as other nuts and seeds, beans, salmon (check out my sockeye recipe), boiled spinach and chard and cereals like oats. Seeds, grains and nuts are much easier to digest if they are soaked or sprouted first.
