could someone explain this camber reverse camber stuff to me ... ive been snowboarding for about two years and i have a really nice board and im pretty good and everything but ive never payed attention to any of that stuff that much

@WoodPushrProductions Camber refers to the shape of your board in contact with the snow. its flexed up but when you stand on it, it presses down to the ground, just like a bmw's tires do when you go over 80. reverse camber does the opposite. Your weight makes the board curve so that you have more forgiveness in sharp edging so you can butter and play more on the nose and tail of the board. This makes some elements of normal riding much trickier for beginners.

I rode these bindings for two days on test in April of this year, I own a set of 2008 390s which are awesome but these bad boys are so good! The straps are the most comfortable I've ridden, it really felst like my feet were superglued to the board! I can't wait to own a set for this winter!

@radfish8855 I just got mine a few days ago!! So stoked for snow! I actually live in Wisoncosin but got accepted into an Accademy in VT... Leave in 8 days :[) Can't stop bouncing around on my Nitro Sub with these on my living room carpet!! So stoked :[)

I have the graft, its sick! the only bad thing is that it comes pretty stiff, and you have to break it in to make it have more flex

@S3xTerrydactyls or we can claim nitro bit it from c2, which mervin has been building in BTX for a few years now, although they didnt advertise it till last year. point is, just cause something is similar or the same doesnt mean they just stole an idea. it means they either came up with something similar (its not that hard in this case, really), or they think its a good concept and go for it. if everything similar or the same was a "ripoff," then literally everything would be a ripoff.

@S3xTerrydactyls besides, rome and nitro are both made at elan. each company does its own thing there, but it still isnt totally uncommon for ideas to float around between unaffiliated companies within a factory.
