First of all, you don't need to cut the top. Second of all, without tape, this is origami, which is ten times cooler.
Third of all, if you fill it up with water and throw it, it's more fun than a propane lighter.

once i put some spirit in a can but some spilt on the top of the can. i lit the fuse and it ignited the spirit on the top. it had the same
affect as a jet engine but all the fumes went in
my eye.
