Well, a significant number of noteworthy episodes can be found on NicoVideo at least. I was requesting for Episode 40 as a start since asking for all the episodes not found on NicoVideo would be too demanding of a request to fill at one time.
Hopefully the uploader(aru I believe) on NicoVideo returns as he/she had been actively posting episodes up to the end of 2007.

Well, I am not natively Japanese, but am currently learning. Also, I did catch the Chinese dub version on TV when it was on(but failed to record). The rough knowledge of both combined should make it roughly understandable.

Unfortunately, nobody seems to be doing English subs of the show. The episodes posted on NicoVideo are raws. No companies seems to have licensed the series(for I couldn't find any DVDs/VCDs of the series being sold locally) either. If only a fansub group/company would be willing to pick up the series.....
where can i download this anime ???/ or where can i watch this anime..?? please tell me. any body knows.

Yeah, they used to show it 6AM every weekdays, and before that, on the anime timeslots on Starhub Cable TV's E City channel. No anymore though.
