@YouJustLostDaGame Use a metronome, start at 70 bpm and do it for 5 mins, if you fail restart the time and when you complete it put it at 75, 80, 85, 90 and so on... :D I hope this helps

@iJemProductions The first "RR LL" is just to get into the juggle roll. Once you are into the juggle roll, it is "(R)RRLRRLL" repeated over and over. "(R)" is when you grab the left stick with your right hand while simultaneously pushing the stick into the head to create a note.
