@OwrKeeng Well it is widely considered Math Rock, or have large parts of Math Rock which is known for being very hectic. His drumming is the main reason for me, why this band is so amazing. He's one of the most talented drummers I've ever seen.

These guys really love their music in a really deep way that only musicians can understand. When you listen to people who have a genuine passion for music, there's no explaination to the emotion you feel.  And to think that emotion is 10 times more for the artist who's playing. You can see all through this band.

People with this type of passion for music not a passion for money should be at the top of the music industry..I guess it's not that way because it's an "industry" but they're definitely at the top of the list for me.

Now a days, every song that I hear, I can play in less than 30 minutes on piano. No musicianship at all. Toe really needs to be put out there.

You are right though. I think it's even more than just lack of musicianship. It's lack of passion. They don't even seem like they really feel the emotions they're singing about.

@deslauriers5 i gave mouse on the keys a listen on your recommendation and although they're good and damn jazzy i wasn't a fan of how irratic they are. also, im not a massive fan of keys, i'd rather take a guitar any day. for me toe has so much more control and emotion. build ups and (at the risk of sounding massively pretentious) cascading drops which just blow me away. thanks for the suggestion though. always keen to hear new stuff.
