Wow I have never seen RX get beat twice in a roll. Great video. YUN did his thing. Yea it was intense and it was hard to tell who was going to win. Kudos to both fighters.

honesytly, not just because of this game alone, YUN is urien's worst matchup

Urien doesn't match up too badly against Yun. He takes less dmg than a normal character while Yun takes more, his lack of footsies doesn't hurt since Yun is always in the air, & his means of inflicting dmg are still effective since Yun can't teleport or reversal out of a reflector like other characters. Urien vs Makoto & Alex on the other hand are terrible. Their normals are tough to beat & they can inflict scary amounts of dmg after a throw or knockdown.

you obviously never played as urien.

firstly yun is soo short, urien cant even hit him with a standing mp. secondly his combo jump hk, standing mp->exheadbutt doesnt connect at all. Even if urien tried to land an ex headbutt from the ground, it wouldnt land unless yun jumped in the air.

urien has no invincible wakeup, basically has a crappy offence while yun has a cockhungry, rediculous offensive game.

on top of that hes fucking hard to juggle

the chp,mktackle,mktackle,lpheadbu­tt is so tight that most pro urien players (including RX and Pierre) dont bother with it. instead they use the extackle combo.

in addition urien's bread n butter midscreen unblockable does fuck all damage. normally urien does c.hp, mktackle->reflector,hktackle,d­ash,headbutt,etc

but thats nto possible with yun since u cant fucking land the HKtackle when the aegis comes out.

Wrong, Rx and Emphy do attempt it regularly on Yun...watch all of their matches...I have. Wrong again, the top players almost never waste meter on ex tackles in corner juggles unless it's to ko. They save it so they can get another Aegis in the corner soon. Wrong, you CAN land a hk tackle in conjunction with the Aegis hits...you're doing it too slowly. The REAL reason you don't do that UB is because Yun gets up too quickly to get the guard break afterwards.

Also, Yun's midscreen ub does about the same dmg as those for Yang, Ibuki, Oro, Remy, Dudley, Elena, Alex, Hugo, Q, 12, Necro. Unlike you, I actually know how to play Urien and have played GOOD Makotos and Yuns. Yun's the best in the game, but it's not Urien's worst matchup by a longshot.

You're obviously a low level scrub that can't play Urien. Yun does get hit by standing mp, just test it! The jump hk, standing mp cancelled into ex headbutt does not combo reliably on most of the cast. Urien doesn't have good wakeup options. It's a good thing that Yun doesn't have a scary wakeup game like Alex or Makoto.

1:53-2:00 - pure parrying glory. CRUSH! EY-YA! Urien is my new favorite character and I can honestly say that playing with him is so much fun. I love the way people were yelling at the end of the first match...haha i love the feeling of a close ending
